The Katydid Décor Company website is owned and operated by Katydid Décor Company ABN 41 805 028 224. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time.

By placing an order with the Katydid Décor Company you enter into an agreement with us to purchase certain goods and give us permission to debit your credit card for the agreed amount, or agree to forward a cheque to Katydid Decor Company for the agreed amount.  We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your order.   Your credit card will not be charged until goods are ready to be dispatched.


GST
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10% within Australia.  All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST within Australia. For international orders, please select international pricing when selecting items.


Warranty
Katydid Décor Company does not warrant that a particular product is available or suitable for your purposes. Photos depicted are a guideline only. Colors of products may not be displayed accurately on your computer screen. Katydid Décor Company cannot be held responsible for inaccurate display of colors of our products on an individuals computer screen.

Katydid Décor Company does not warrant that your access to the network or the information contained will remain error free, or that the network or the server which stores and delivers the website and its contents to you will remain free of viruses or other harmful components. By accessing the website you agree that Katydid Décor Company will not be liable as a result of any error, virus or other harmful component.

Delivery

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Katydid Décor Company is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, Katydid Décor Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Katydid Décor Company if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Returns Policy

Katydid Décor Company will strive to provide you with the best possible products and service.  However, if you are not satisfied with any of our products, please return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, along with the reason for the return and we will gladly exchange or refund.

Katydid Décor Company cannot be held responsible for any damage to items not purchased from the Katydid Décor Company. Please follow care instructions of individual items not purchased through Katydid.

Katydid Décor Company cannot be held responsible for incorrect application of its products, where application instructions have not been followed.

The Katydid Décor Company cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered information when ordering personalized items.  Please ensure correct information is supplied, by checking your cart details and the order confirmation.  If you become aware of an error in the information provided, please contact Katydid Décor Company immediately by email or telephone, quoting your order number.

Our personalised ceramic items are also protected by a replacement warranty should your item(s) be damaged during delivery.  If this occurs, please contact Katydid Décor Company immediately, then return the damaged item(s) to Katydid Décor Company.  Upon receipt of the damaged item(s) we will produce a replacement and deliver it to you as soon as possible, free of charge.  Katydid Décor Company cannot be held responsible for damage occurring after the item has been safely delivered and signed for. 

Sorry, we do not refund original shipping charges on returns. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error and shipped the incorrect product.
