Purchasing Katydid products couldn't be easier. Simply select a design and choose the products you would like. When you have completed your shopping, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and enter your preferred payment method and details.

Katydid Decor Company is Australian owned and therefore all prices are quoted in Australian dollars.


Katydid Decor Company processes credit card payments using secure sockets layer technology (SSL) , ensuring your transactions are safe. We also adopt a strict privacy policy insuring any information provided to us, is used for the sole purpose of completing your purchase (for more information view our privacy policy statement).

However, if you are not comfortable using our secure on line payment option, you can choose to pay by cheque (Australian customers only). Simply complete the customer details and when selecting a payment method, nominate 'Cheque'. Then print a copy of your order confirmation page and send it with your cheque to Katydid. Whichever method you choose, your items will be promptly delivered to your door, anywhere in the world (except Ceramic Keepsakes to North America and Canada).

For added peace-of-mind, Katydid will not debit your credit card until your items are ready to be dispatched.

That's why we offer the added security of a money back guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them within 30 days and we will either replace the items if requested or refund you the purchase price.
